CopyClear’s remit is to ensure all consumer advertising and marketing communications – online, outdoor, print, broadcast and below-the-line – comply with the letter and the spirt of the ASAI code. Success, for us, means no complaints made against work CopyClear has approved, being upheld by the Complaints Committee of the ASAI.
 
We endeavour to maintain strong, collaborative relationships with those we work with, whether it’s the day-to-day reviewing of assets, in an administrative context, or on issues of policy. Our aim is to ensure that CopyClear (CCCI) has a reputation for effectiveness, relevance and courtesy, and is seen as an example of successful self-regulation.
