How does it work?

CopyClear Managers meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 9.30am to 2.30pm. Usually, materials submitted before 11am will have a response on the same day. All communications between you and the Managers are confidential and information is stored securely on the site for future access, if required. 

Submissions vary in complexity: product claims require substantiation; influencers must be approved; concepts may require modification to ensure compliance. That’s why we encourage you to bring work to us early in its development – and to stay in touch. Each approved asset is given a clearance number which shows media owners and contractors that CopyClear Managers have assessed it and believe it to be compliant with the ASAI code.

Approval codes are valid for 12 months, unless otherwise indicated.
